Intrepid owns five active potash production facilities—three in New Mexico (referenced collectively as ‘‘Carlsbad’’ or individually as ‘‘West,’’ ‘‘East,’’ and ‘‘North’’) and two in Utah (‘‘Moab’’ and ‘‘Wendover’’)—and has a current estimated productive capacity to produce approximately 870,000 tons of potash and approximately 200,000 tons of langbeinite annually.
