At our mining facility in Carlsbad, New Mexico, maintenance and operations positions rotate between days and evenings, and schedules vary between 8- and 12-hour shifts. While certain schedules feature straight days with weekends off, rotating 12-hour shifts offer the equally attractive option of seven continuous days off each month.
