coverage designed for flexibility to meet you needs.
Employees who elect to participate in a health risk assessment,
biometric screening, and smoking cessation program are eligible
to receive a discount on their monthly premium. Also
included with the medical plan is a Dental/Vision plan that is
part of the total monthly cost to you. To assist employees
with navigating the complex healthcare system, we have also put
in place Health Advocate as a hotline to work through issues
with healthcare professionals and insurance companies.
Intrepid recognizes the impact of medical costs to every
individual and has maintained the lowest deductibles,
coinsurance, and co-pays available.
