The health and wellness of each employee and their family is paramount at Intrepid.  Our HealthCounts program is designed to assess and monitor anyone who participates in wellness activities.  Confidentiality is an important part of any wellness program.  Every employee can be assured that the information gathered and used to assist with their individual program will remain private and secure.  We have Wellness Directors available at our mine sites to provide one-on-one consultation as well as run different programs throughout the year.  Programs focus on nutrition, weight loss, tobacco cessation and other items.
