Intrepid Potash Privacy Policy

Intrepid Potash, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its subsidiaries (“Intrepid,” “us,” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of the web site located at inptransfer.wpengine.com (the “Site”) and the services provided through the Site or other electronic medium (the “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) discloses our information privacy practices for the Site and is intended to inform registered users and other visitors to the Site and users of the Services of our data collection and use practices.

Children.

Cookies and Web Beacons.
