Intrepid Potash, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its subsidiaries (“Intrepid,” “us,” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of the web site located at (the “Site”) and the services provided through the Site or other electronic medium (the “Services”). Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

Cookies and Web Beacons.

“Cookies” are commonly used pieces of information in the form of small files that are placed on an individual’s computer hard drive to enable the individual to more easily communicate and interact with the Site and Services. We may use cookies for various purposes, including by way of example:

Consent to the Use of Third Party Providers.
